Frequency of classes
What is the best frequency and starting age for practice?
Practicing Face Yoga once a day is sufficient. You can focus on a single asana targeting your specific issue, which takes just a minute until you feel a slight fatigue in the targeted area. Alternatively, you can do the entire routine, working on your face, neck, and décolleté, which takes about 30 minutes.

Face Yoga is about enjoyment, not setting athletic records. There’s no need to push yourself to the limit, practice more than once a day, or spend excessive amounts of time. Perform the exercises with pleasure, without any religious or philosophical undertones. Face Yoga is a natural wellness system to maintain the youth and beauty of your face. The most important benefit you’ll gain from the practice is self-love and acceptance of your natural beauty.

Daily practice will quickly make Face Yoga an integral part of your lifestyle and a source of self-confidence. Just a few minutes of practice can reduce puffiness, make your eyes look more open, and refresh your complexion, making it an excellent quick fix before an important meeting or public appearance.

I recommend starting Face Yoga at the first signs of aging. You can begin at any age, even in your later years, and daily practice will yield quick results. If you have facial asymmetry, it’s best to start as early as possible since asymmetry tends to worsen over time and won’t resolve on its own. Regular Face Yoga practice will help address this issue.
